Happy Hour prices run until 8PM and include $3 domestics, $5 Jack and $5 DC Brau. If you get hungry, you can order a pizza from 1 block down and they'll deliver it right to ya on the patio. Solly's is at 1942 11th St NW -- corner of 11th & U basically. Metro the green line to U St Station. It's inbetween the two metro exits, so flip a coin!
